Oh my, Don't know when It could be on the rails like domestic wibe station.

So it comes back in any case.

　I have got my first design in this semester (my5th semester), exhibition hall. Up to now, my work is all right except feeling a little tired.

　I will put out my two works in last semester later. they were marked very low as one is 73 and another one is 78. But I really like my kindergarten however.

　What's more, I was lucky enough to be selected by our college magazine team. And I have got my first task about "Studio". We made an interview with a young teacher in our college. But gainning very little information. I just think that if we could change our direction to "Team Work".

Start from Zero

A wonderful but a little regretful Summer holiday, I come back for my new start. In BeiJing I knew what a realy big city looks like. The first time I observed the buildings carefully with a view of a designer. Of course, there are too many wonderful things from thoughts to production which is hardly seen in a smaller city like Xi'an.

Romance

Like my mates, I finished the final picture in 3 days and 2 nights. Then everyone can have a big sleep. Too tired!
　Here we students in my school have to learn to make a kind of pic called "Romance". It is a very traditional way to show your design to the client. I don't know if students in other country or other school in China need to do like so. But I really think it will wash out from the earth soon or later. How to do that? Let me show you.
　First, the material. A piece of Drawing board made by wood, water color dye and the relevant paper, white towel, latex and pushpin, brush pen, dishware and a lot of water. Second, preparing. One must prepare the paper at least one day ahead if he want to start to draw in the next day. Take the hole paper in the clean water about 15 minutes.( never heared before!) Then put the waterish paper onto the board evenly. At the some time, roll the paper with a waterish towel to make sure there is no air bubble between the paper and the board. After this, fix the paper onto the board by latex. Then keep the board where shady and cool. It cost about one day to wait the paper to dry. So 24 hours later, If your paper is still lie on the board in good condition without a crack or air bubble. Congratulations, you can start to draw your pic.
　The elements of "Romance" can be described like this: To control the shade of color by controlling the length of time the water color dye stay on. So we use brush pen to lead the colored water to flow through the paper. Oh, before that, you have to transfer your blue plan onto the paper.(100 words cutdown) One piece of color often needs to be "Romanced" several times. That depends on how heavy you want the color to be. And you can't only do that until the paper completely dry again. That could take as long as two day to finish a work in size 1.
　So cockamamie!
　Of course that is not the hole thing. If some one finished his work, but break the paper when cutting it from the board......Even the God can't help.He just can go to die...
　That is. We did this on the end of every assignment. The teacher said:Now give up your altering on the design, think about how to make your final picture beautiful! So we use about as much as 2/3 time to make our design and 1/3 time to show how good our design are! So someone who is good at art always got higher mark.
I don't know why our school still teach students so old expression method and why they think such a lot of on expression!
　"The first picture I drew about building may be very terrible. But, when you thicken the line to make the picture looked better, you should know that the building itself has no change at all." Said Csar Peli.

Back with something new

The domain name '*.blogspot.com' had been forbidden again by Chinese gateway days before. Thanks to the god that every word here is OK.

I had got my scholarship a mouth ago, and I almost changed the all for one my dream a Wacom pen tablets at the first time.

But too busy that I did not get enough time for trying my new toy. We are in our first formal design ,Villa Design, now. And I mast manage to pass the CET4(College English Test Brand 4) in 23th June. The last time of 2 mouths is quite limited for me to prepare. For there won't be anything like Kingsoft Powerword for referring to.

Anyway, Something good is that my design work is going well. I will show you the picture when finished.

Drink Bar Design

My last assignment in the last semester -- a Drink Bar.
It was really my first building design.
__Though the work lasting 7 weeks, I had changed my blue print four times. And it didn't move the teacher finally.
How to say...But I enjoyed myself in the process. I began to know how to get start with a design, how to deal the conflict between the function and the form. That is far more difficult than I could image. And I think I have got more than a beautiful painting. So I am very happy that I did it -- a building realizable in my style.
